Immunome Acquires Full Patent Rights to Varegacestat, AL101 from BMS
Immunome amended its 2017 license with Bristol-Myers Squibb to acquire full patent rights for varegacestat (formerly AL102) and AL101. In exchange, Immunome paid $20.0 million in cash and issued 4,425,487 common shares, removing all future milestone and royalty obligations.
