Identiv sold its IoT business and brand to Trackonomy for $50M in preferred equity, rebranded as INVE Technologies and pivoted to physical AI SaaS. CEO Kirsten Newquist will resign Sept 21, 2026, with James Greenwell named interim CEO that day.
