IPG Photonics to acquire Lumibird Medical for €300M plus earn-out
IPG Photonics entered a share purchase agreement to acquire 100% of Lumibird Medical for €300 million cash at closing on a cash-free, debt-free basis. Additional up to €50 million earn-out is tied to 2026 and 2027 performance.
