IPA Capital Markets arranges $50 million industrial portfolio financing
IPA Capital Markets said it arranged $50 million in financing for an 18-property industrial portfolio across Texas, Oklahoma and Georgia. The non-recourse loan carries a five-year term, 70% loan-to-value, 6.75% interest and interest-only payments.
