INOX Air Products Files IPO Prospectus; Shareholders to Sell Shares
INOX Air Products Ltd. has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for an initial public offering (IPO). The IPO will include an offer for sale (OFS) of up to 7.72 crore equity shares by existing shareholders.
