INNIO N.V. acquires Enerflex APAC aftermarket operations
INNIO N.V. has completed the acquisition of Enerflex Ltd.'s aftermarket business in Australia, Thailand, and Indonesia. The deal adds eight locations and long-term service agreements with major oil and gas companies.
