IMUNON Agrees to Sell ThermoDox Rights for Equity, Milestones and Royalties
IMUNON will receive approximately 4.76% equity in VoxelDox, up to $16.5 million in milestones and 3.5%–6% royalties. Closing depends on VoxelDox completing a planned $2.5 million financing.
