IHH likely unaffected by Fortis legal proceedings, says analyst note
CIMB Securities analyst Chun Sung Oong says legal proceedings between Fortis and Daiichi Sankyo are unlikely to have material impact on Fortis operations. IHH holds a 31.1% stake acquired via a fresh 40 billion rupee capital injection.
