IHG signed a Kimpton hotel in Rome with Castello SGR’s Rome Hotel Development Fund, targeting a 2029 opening. Project converts an existing Via Veneto building into a 114-room luxury lifestyle hotel with rooftop bar, restaurant, wellness, events space. Plan includes restoring an on-site theater into a multifunction arts
