ICICI Lombard ordered to pay Rs.50 lakh life claim
A Kurnool consumer commission directed ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company to pay a Rs.50 lakh insurance claim to a nominee after ruling the insurer failed to substantiate its rejection on alleged misrepresentation grounds.
