Hydaway Digital Corp. appointed Group APZ as its preferred, non-exclusive GPU hardware and procurement advisor for its compute and RealityChek operations. The company also entered $75K loans at 20% interest with insiders participating and plans up to 130,434 bonus shares, subject to TSXV approval.
