Hudson Pacific Properties Sells Skyport Plaza for $75.5 Million, Pays Down Revolver
Hudson Pacific Properties sold the 419,000-square-foot Skyport Plaza in North San Jose for $75.5 million and another Quixote-related asset. It used all net proceeds to reduce its unsecured revolving credit facility to a $30.0 million balance.
