Hotei Properties says Painwick Project offer wins acceptances for 50,722,507 shares
Acceptances equal 43.71% of Hotei Properties' share capital. Painwick Project expects to hold about 108,412,261 shares, or 93.43%, after settlement through Iberclear on Sept. 30, 2026.
