Hormel Foods to acquire Brakebush in $1.06 billion deal, expected to close in Q1 fiscal 2027
Hormel Foods said it has a definitive agreement to acquire Brakebush, a value-added chicken company, for $1.06 billion, expected to close in Q1 fiscal 2027. The company expects the acquisition to be accretive to adjusted earnings per share from fiscal 2028.
