Horizon Space Acquisition I to Merge With ArcheNova in $2 Billion De-SPAC
Horizon Space Acquisition I signed a business combination agreement to merge with ArcheNova in a two-step transaction. The new PubCo is valued at $2.0 billion, or $10.00 per share; HSPO and ArcheNova shareholders will receive PubCo ordinary shares, and HSPO warrants will convert into PubCo warrants.
