Hextar Retail Berhad said it received a press notice from RHB Investment Bank Berhad, on behalf of the offeror, that its unconditional takeover offer to acquire all remaining shares (excluding treasury shares) closed at 5.00 p.m. Malaysian time on Tuesday, 29 September 2026.
