Hextar Industries Berhad extends SSA deadline to Dec 31
Hextar Industries Berhad announced that the parties to the Share Sale Agreements (SSAs) have mutually agreed to further extend the period for the fulfilment of the conditions precedent under the SSAs until December 31, 2026.
