Hexagon to acquire Rocscience for about $535 million
TA Associates said its portfolio company Rocscience has agreed to be acquired by Hexagon AB at an enterprise value of about $535 million. TA will fully exit its investment when the deal closes, expected in the fourth quarter of 2026.
