Hero Motors to raise ₹600 crore via fresh issue
Hero Motors plans to raise ₹600 crore through a fresh issue for capex, debt repayment and strategic investments, and ₹400 crore via an offer for sale. The promoter group's stake is expected to fall to 61.1% after the transactions.
