Hengyuan Refining issues 81,900 shares via warrant conversion
Hengyuan Refining announced the exercise of warrants into 81,900 new ordinary shares at an issue price of MYR 1. The enlarged issued share capital will rise to 600,160,100 shares, representing MYR 600.16 million.
