Harvest Gold acquired 100% of the Urban Barry Property after meeting the option terms. EGR retains a 2.0% net smelter return (NSR) with a 1% buyback for $1M. An additional 1,000,000 shares would be issued if an NI 43-101 inferred resource of at least 1.0 Moz AuEq is defined.
