Harju Elekter Sells Part of Skeleton Technologies Stake for €5.7M
Harju Elekter accepted Siemens International Holding B.V.’s offer to buy part of its Skeleton Technologies stake for €5.7 million. Closing is expected this year; Harju Elekter will remain a shareholder and may fully exit by 2028, subject to conditions.
