Hanwha Ocean corrected a disclosure on its planned equity investment in Hanwha Ocean USA Holdings, bringing forward the expected acquisition date to Oct. 7, 2026. The capital contribution for 1,107 shares at KRW 164.5 billion was completed on the new date, replacing the prior target of Dec. 31, 2026.
