Hankuk Carbon says K Shipbuilding bid talks under review, terms not finalized
Hankuk Carbon issued an “undetermined” clarification on reports that the sale of K Shipbuilding is restarting. Submitted a non-binding LOI with Taekwang Industrial to the seller’s adviser on Sept. 11, 2026. Signed an MOU with the seller on Oct. 14 to set basic transaction terms.
