Haniel agrees to sell majority stake in BauWatch to Carlyle, CVC
Haniel has agreed to sell a majority stake in Dutch security technology provider BauWatch to Carlyle and CVC. The deal values BauWatch at around €1 billion ($1.15 billion), according to sources cited by the companies.
