Han River Investment cuts Netmarble stake to 4.70% from 17.71% via block trade
Han River Investment Pte. Ltd. sold 11,153,420 common shares in an off-hours block trade on Sept. 21 at KRW 33,538 per share, reducing its holding in Netmarble to 3,904,380 shares (4.70%) from 15,057,800 shares (17.71%) as of Sept. 28. Bang Jun-hyuk was identified as the counterparty.
