Halozyme raises $1.5B via 1.50% convertible notes
Halozyme Therapeutics completed a $1.5 billion offering of 1.50% Convertible Senior Notes due 2033, receiving about $1.471 billion in net proceeds. The notes are convertible at an initial price of about $139.84 per share.
