Halma to buy Pyxis for $170M plus up to $30M earn-out
Halma plc will acquire water-quality firm Pyxis for $170M and up to $30M in performance-based earn-outs through 2028–2029, funded from its facilities. Pyxis adds about $39M revenue for 12 months to Mar 31, 2027.
