Haisung Aero-Robotics’ K-Humans pledges 980,000 shares; stake could fall to 5.55%
K-Humans pledged 980,000 shares as collateral for a KRW 2 billion borrowing secured for KRW 2.6 billion under a contract signed Sept. 30, 2026. The pledge runs through Dec. 30, 2026, and enforcement could cut K-Humans’ stake to 5.55% from 14.33%.
