HWH International to Acquire Hearty Nova for $1
HWH International entered a stock purchase agreement to acquire all shares of Hearty Nova for $1. Hearty Nova holds a 51% stake in a Hong Kong joint venture planning to develop a natural gas processing plant in Nigeria.
