HPQ Silicon closed a deal giving both firms 50% in HPQ Silica Polvere; PyroGenesis converted a 10% gross sales royalty into equity and became the exclusive equipment supplier. Potential 1,000 and 10,000 tonne-per-year commercialization projects were discussed, but no definitive agreements were signed.
