HKEX and LME named in Elliott claim over 2022 nickel trade cancellations
HKEX said it has been named as a defendant in a new hedge fund Elliott claim over the cancellation of nickel trades in 2022. The London Metal Exchange was also named; HKEX said it has not been served.
