HIVE Secures About $129M in 9% Debt for NVIDIA GB200 Cluster
HIVE Digital Technologies secured three-year, 9.0% fixed-rate financing at about 80% loan-to-cost to buy NVIDIA GB200 NVL72 systems for a three-year fixed-term Cohere contract. The debt is secured by GPUs and amortizes over the term; delivery is expected toward the end of Q4 2026.
