HADAF investment-backed partnerships target training and jobs for 16,000 Saudis
Saudi Human Resources Development Fund (HADAF) set up 26 strategic partnerships from the start of 2026 through end-July to train, qualify and employ more than 16,000 citizens, with $522 million in investments.
