H2O America Acquires Quadvest Subsidiary, Expands Texas Footprint
H2O America announced that its regulated Texas water and wastewater utility, The Texas Water Company, Inc. (TWC), along with its affiliate, has completed the acquisition of Quadvest, significantly expanding H2O America's presence in the high-growth Houston region of Texas.
