H.B. Fuller Rejects Ancora Bid, Considers Selling Non-Core Businesses
H.B. Fuller’s board unanimously rejected Ancora’s latest offer to acquire its building adhesives solutions business. The company said it would consider separating certain businesses as it reviews segments and product lines deemed less integral to its portfolio.
