GO Residential files circular for H&R REIT transaction vote
GO Residential REIT filed its management information circular and related voting materials for a special meeting on Nov. 13, 2026, where unitholders will vote on issuing about 134.2 million trust units in connection with its proposed acquisition from H&R REIT.
