Gujarat Themis Biosyn completes Rs 1,220 crore Japan acquisition funding
Gujarat Themis Biosyn Limited says it has completed the acquisition of Japan-based MicroBiopharm Japan Co., Ltd. (MBJ) for ¥21.5 billion (Rs 1,300 crore) and issued the Rs 1,220-crore funding to support the deal.
