Greenland Mines amends merger deal; sets share consideration
Greenland Mines entered an amendment to its Agreement and Plan of Merger to finalize the acquisition structure. The amendment substitutes NNSR Holdings as counterparty and fixes equity consideration at 1,040,676 common shares and 359,324 preferred shares.
