Greenfire says C$775M rights offering oversubscribed
Greenfire Resources Ltd. (TSX:GFR) said its C$775M rights offering was oversubscribed, with 114,985,163 shares expected to be issued. Proceeds are intended to repay a C$575M bridge facility and part of other acquisition debt.
