Great Wall Motor filed an HKEX next-day disclosure return showing cancellation of 266,043 restricted A shares on Sept. 28. Repurchase prices were RMB 12.51 per share for 217,932 shares, RMB 11.94 per share for 48,111 shares. Issued shares fell to 6,259,427,749 as of Sept. 29 from 6,259,693,792 on Sept. 10. Disclaimer
