Grande Portage Resources Signs 7-Year Gold Offtake Agreement
Grande Portage Resources has signed a definitive agreement with Ocean Partners to sell up to 100% of its New Amalga gold production for the first seven years. The deal is contingent on meeting minimum tonnage and other conditions. A $25 million revolving credit facility is also pending due diligence and documentation.
