Goldman Sachs lifts Ubisoft stake to 10.06% of share capital
Goldman Sachs moved back above 10% in Ubisoft on Sept. 7, 2026, reporting 13,700,786 shares, equal to 10.06% of the capital. Voting rights stayed below 10%, rising to 9.25% from 9.13% on Sept. 4. The stake reflects client market-making activity, not an attempt to take control.
