GoldHaven closes $1 million flow-through financing
GoldHaven Resources said it closed a non-brokered flow-through financing for gross proceeds of $1 million through the issuance of 3,773,584 shares at $0.265 each. The company said it will use the funds for eligible Canadian exploration expenses at its Magno Project.
