GoldMining swung to a net loss of CAD 14.13 million for the three months ended August 31, 2026, versus year-earlier profit. Exploration expenses more than tripled year over year to CAD 11.4 million. Cash used in operating activities rose 56% year over year to CAD 25.27 million for the nine months ended August 31, 2026.
