GoldInxs closed a second tranche of its non-brokered private placement, bringing total gross proceeds to $1.25 million. The offering was upsized to up to $1.5 million; warrants are exercisable at $0.25 for 24 months, with accelerated expiry if shares trade at or above $0.50 for 10 days.
