Gofore names shareholders' nomination board members
Finnish IT services firm Gofore Oyj appointed Timur Kärki, Petteri Venola, Mika Varjus and Sami Somero to its Shareholders’ Nomination Board. Somero was selected chair of the board, which will prepare proposals for the 2027 annual general meeting concerning board elections and committee remuneration.
