GoTo announces shareholder meeting on Oct. 14, 2026
GoTo Gojek Tokopedia will hold an extraordinary shareholders’ meeting in Jakarta Selatan on Oct. 14, 2026, to vote on a capital reduction via the retirement of treasury shares bought back between June 12, 2024 and June 11, 2025. The meeting will also consider the resignation of Catherine Hindra Sutjahyo as deputy CEO.
