Globalstar director James Monroe III disclosed a purchase of 361,600 voting common shares at $82.52 each, with holdings via the James Monroe III Grantor Trust rising to 408,253 shares. Monroe also reported indirect ownership stakes of 58.83 million shares via Thermo Funding II LLC.
