GlobalFoundries, Monolithic Power sign deal to expand Singapore capacity
GlobalFoundries (GFS) and Monolithic Power Systems (MPWR) formed a long-term agreement to expand manufacturing capacity at GlobalFoundries’ advanced 300 mm facility in Singapore, with MPWR deploying proprietary process technology.
